These Terms cover your use of this website — a personal essay site with a call-booking form. By using the site you agree to them. Nothing is sold through this site; any working engagement that follows a call is agreed and contracted separately.

There are no user accounts, sign-ups, or subscriptions on this site. The newsletter lives on Substack under Substack's own terms.

Do not use the site to break the law, harm others, scrape it in bulk, hammer the booking form, or misrepresent who you are when booking a call. We rate-limit and may refuse bookings that do.

The essays and everything else on this site are the author's own work. Quote with attribution; do not republish in full without permission. Music and video on the Media page stream from their owners via YouTube and remain theirs.

The site is provided "as is" without warranty. The essays are one person's thinking, not professional advice. We keep things reliable as a matter of craft, not guarantee.

You pay nothing to use this site, and to the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from it. Terms for paid engagements live in their own contracts.

We may update these Terms; material changes get posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
